Jay Clinton Fox
Jay Clinton Fox earned his J.D. Degree from John Marshall Law School, Atlanta in 2007 after a successful career in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Fox graduated at the top of his law school class and immediately started his own law firm, Fox Law, LLC. Mr. Fox has represented clients in Georgia State and Federal Courts. Mr. Fox counsels individuals on estate planning and asset protection.  He also counsels small business owners in matters relating to entity formation, tax planning, asset protection, and succession planning. Mr. Fox holds an Airline Transport Pilot rating and is an active pilot with over 28,000 flight hours.  Fox Law, LLC allows Mr. Fox to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and legal protection.

Mr. Fox is active in a number of professional organizations including the Atlanta Bar Association, a member of the the Estate Planning and Probate section, and the Elder Law section.  Mr. Fox was the 2013 Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. Fox is a member of the American Bar Association and a member of the Estate and Real Property section. Mr. Fox is a member of the Fiduciary Law section of the Georgia Bar. Mr. Fox is also an active member of the Airline Pilots Association (ALPA). 

Robert J. Coopman
Of Counsel Robert J. Coopman passed the Georgia Bar in 1994 and spent nearly ten years in private practice.  During that time, Mr. Coopman also co-founded Advisor Financial Services, LLP.  Mr. Coopman served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for the firm, and has distinguished himself as an investment advisor and estate planning attorney.  Mr. Coopman is an active pilot with Delta Air Lines and a retired U.S. Marine Corps aviator.  More recently, Mr. Coopman performs audits of other financial advisory firms for the Centre for Fiduciary Excellence, Toronto, Canada, an international standards organization for investment advisors and investment stewards.  Mr. Coopman received his J.D. degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1993. Mr. Coopman is a Certified Fund Specialist (CFS), an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA), and is Board Certified in Estate Planning (BCE).  Mr. Coopman has authored numerous articles on the subject of investments, finance, estate planning, and retirement issues.

Mr. Coopman is active in a number of professional organizations including the State Bar of Georgia, a member of the Fiduciary Law section and Business Law section of the Georgia Bar.
